Who we are

EldenEleKibris.com ("the Site", "we") is a free classifieds and marketplace for North Kıbrıs. Users post listings; visitors find them by city and category. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with any listed seller, business, or item.

Listings are user-submitted

Listings — title, description, price, location, phone/WhatsApp number, and photos — are submitted by users. We do not verify them and do not guarantee accuracy, or the condition, legality, safety, or ownership of anything offered. Transactions happen entirely between users, in person; the Site is not a party to them and offers no buyer protection.

Meeting safely

Use the same judgment you would with any classified listing: meet in daylight in a busy place, bring a companion if you can, and inspect items before paying. Never pay a deposit before you have the item in hand.

Photos, prohibited content & enforcement

By uploading a photo you confirm you took it or hold the rights to it. The following is strictly prohibited and will be removed: any illegal content; sexual or suggestive content — above all anything that sexualizes or exploits minors; identifiable people photographed without consent; violence; harassment or doxxing (including publishing another person's phone/WhatsApp number, address, or details without their consent); stolen goods; malware; and intellectual-property infringement.

Technical safeguards. Every uploaded image is validated and rebuilt before storage: location/camera metadata (EXIF) is stripped for your privacy, the file is reconstructed, and images are served with headers that prevent them from executing as anything but an image. Uploads are additionally screened by an automated content-safety system.

Reporting and removal. Every listing carries a "🚩 Report" control. Content that receives multiple reports is automatically unpublished pending review. If your number was used in a listing without your consent, report it — after a few reports it is auto-hidden and an admin reviews it. We aim to review illegal content within 24 hours; accounts that post prohibited content are banned.

Business Directory & Lost Pets

Business Directory entries are published after approval. Lost/found pet posts are published quickly to help the community reunite pets, but remain subject to reporting and removal.

Messages & reviews

In-site messages are private between participants but are stored by the Site and may be reviewed by moderators when a participant reports abuse. Reviews may be written only by the buyer a seller confirms.

No warranties · Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EldenEleKibris.com and its operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
